I'am actually just noticing for the first time the wall in the background. lol looks good though. glad to see that she can still look good outside of my creative control. she is a tiny bit skinnier here and her upper torso looks a tiny bit awkward but you really captured her eyes though and that's where it really counts. also I like your gooey-outline shading technique, but I would darken those shadows just teeny tiny bit more. also love the detail on the boots and belt.

can't wait to see your improvement, you are certainly talented.

Thanks im happy someone was excited for it! And that url isnt working cuz newgrounds does that to URLs in the description- you just gotta remove the space between the 'm' and 'a' in 'smackjeeves' and the url will work! :)

to reiterate what JakBaronKing said...

it doesn't really need more detail, but it needs more visual interest. I mean suppose someone comes along, sees your art for the first time, what are they gonna get from it? there's three abstract figures with some symbols. they look kinda alien but they don't really give off a godlike aura, just aliens. some really dramatic value would help bring this out but even then what are god of anyway? theres not really many visual cues that would imply thier meanig, I mean the good guy (I assume) holds a bird which I guess shows his gentle nature but evil has a, black ball? wat?

the anatomy isn't as bad as he said though, your male forms definitely need more work though especially the middle guy, he looks likes he's just standing in line at the DMV, what is he supposed to be anyway?

I agree that these characters look static and boring though, thats I think the gist of what that guy is saying. they are aliens not robots, give them more life.

the things that are really working in this drawing are your highlights and your flourishes coming of the edges like the hair and costume laces. I really like her eyes. your grasp on anatomy is good.
the best part is your linework. very nice wisps in the hair, good crosshatching on the body, and the outlines are EXCELLENT! they act like a elegant kind of shading system.

though I feel like the reflection in the right eye is too boldly outlined so it kinda looks like a little bean in her eye. it's essential to get the eyes perfect because the viewer is naturally inclined to look right at the eyes. also the flame on the left needs to have thinner and wispier lines near the top edges so that it doesn't look so heavy

I think the shading needs the more work on the thighs, the shadows don't quite look dark enough there. ESPECIALLY the shading between the cape and hair, its the greatest flaw here ( though still not particularly huge). the hair and cape look so alike that you loose the cape and you might not even see it.

I like this drawing honestly, its kinda cute. though her expression doesn't look at all bitchy, she looks kinda innocent and fun.
