totally awesome.

I really don't much care for the whole madness day hype that goes on in Newgrounds, but this is just so badass. Much better than all of the jebus representations so far.
I honestly would not be at all surprised if this got front page.

dommi-fresh responds:

don't care madness? thats a shame... thanks though i am glad to hear that this dosen't stop you from disliking my art! thanks

Love your style

I thought the sign was really clever and funny.
good job.

Yeah I can dig it alright.

I think you are my Favorite artist on this site now. Your style is just so damn good! I also love the way you draw teeth, so cartoonish and crazy like.

very cool interperatation

love this show. most of the other cartoons seem so watered down these days, I'm surprised cartoon network plays it dispite the fact its so dark and perverse
Really like how grim is contructed with the absurdly long jaw and brownish cloak, most would have stuck with just the black but brown fits much better here. also mandy's expression could not be any better.

good job.

dommi-fresh responds:

thanks i am glad to see you looked at my work with real detail and interest.

looks pretty good.

I cannot help but feel that his pose looks kinda aukward, something about the postion of the head. also he looks a little too chunky, skull kid always looked really lean.

Lundsfryd responds:

The head is the way I wanted it. If anything bothers me then it is the arm on the right (his left). That look a little sought out, but I wanted a stiff threatical pose. So Im fairly happy with it.
About the chunkyness. I wouldn't know really, I have never played the game. I just made this to help out JKA with his collab.
Thanks :)

Very Original!

I really love the creativity that is displayed in this peice. The Striped serpents make the picture childishly nightmarish, and the background is so beautifully dark and nearly sensual.

What I see panning out here is that this heart is under so much stress, that it is starting to tear at the stitches as if to burst, and the teeth of the serpents (representing the heart valves) are barred as if loosing their grip as the exploding heart expands. I'm not sure what to interpret from the female face in the eye, maybe it represents an object of fear, or it's what the being is seeing though it's fading vision.

This is very good. I could definitely see this in Juxtapoz Magazine. I just think it is sad that good stuff like this shrouded in the over hyped miasma of the art portal. I'm definitely adding your to my favorite artists list.

This is a work in progress?!

If it is I would just stop right now, I think it is fantasic as it is right now. I think that more color would just be more distracting at this point.

its a tad provocative...

but not really anything else.
I think it looks more like something seen under a microscope to me. From a design Standpoint I think it looks pretty good actually.

very disturbing indeed.

taking a cute character and turning into a menace seems to be popular idea these days. Just curious, what is it made of?

Jarvid responds:

Clay, and paint, and paper, and eyeballs.

Fantastic

This looks like something truly professional!
I really like this urbanized Meso-American Theme you have got going on here, its so colorful. Compared to most things in this portal this is supeirior to many of the other works.

definitely would like to see more of this stuff.

hello, you have reached my Newgrounds post, an extension to my base on DeviantArt. I don't do much here other than find tunes, submit some art, and occasionally give a piece of mind every once and a while. I'm much more active on DA though.
